Shonak and Rachana flew in from the UK for a very special moment at the Singapore Botanic Gardens.

Just 30 minutes before the proposal, the skies opened up and heavy rain poured across the gardens. Like many outdoor proposals, there was a moment of uncertainty as we watched the weather closely and hoped for the best. Then, almost as if nature had its own plans, the rain stopped and the skies cleared just 10 minutes before everything was set to begin.

With fresh air, soft light, and rain-washed greenery all around, Shonak got down on one knee at the iconic Bandstand and asked Rachana the question that would change their lives forever.

After the excitement and happy tears, we spent the rest of the evening wandering through the gardens, capturing moments that felt natural and effortless. We eventually made our way to the Gallop Extension, where the golden sunset provided the perfect ending to an already unforgettable day.

It was one of those sessions that reminded me how beautiful life can be when things don't go exactly according to plan. The rain gave way to clear skies, and what followed was a story of love, trust, and a new chapter beginning together.
